MEET YOUR TRAINER

Hi, I'm Hilary, the founder of Empowered Gains. My fitness journey started at 14 with a love for strength training. After years of battling diet culture, I vowed to find a healthier path focused on strength and well-being. With a background as a physiotherapy assistant, I understand the benefits of weight training, such as improved bone density, increased confidence, and optimal function.


As a mom of two and a farmer’s wife, I am proud to call Chatham-Kent home and strive to be your friend in fitness.

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY...

I'm so glad I found Hilary to help guide me on my fitness journey. I love her approach to health at every size because going to the gym to get skinny has never been enough motivation for me. But watching the weight I squat, bench or deadlift go up has me coming back week after week!

 

Also, I have back issues and whenever I need it, Hilary switches up my plan to more "rehab" style exercises to help with that. Rather than being a trainer who tries to yell or shame me into working out, Hilary is positive, encouraging & really makes sure I look after myself. Also, once she let me push her on the sled.
