Hi, I'm Hilary, the founder of Empowered Gains. My fitness journey started at 14 with a love for strength training. After years of battling diet culture, I vowed to find a healthier path focused on strength and well-being. With a background as a physiotherapy assistant, I understand the benefits of weight training, such as improved bone density, increased confidence, and optimal function.
As a mom of two and a farmer’s wife, I am proud to call Chatham-Kent home and strive to be your friend in fitness.
